Tujague's six course, table d'hote menu is built around such staples as savory Shrimp Remoulade and Tujague's own traditional beef brisket with Creole sauce -- a piquant remoulade sauce flavoring spicy cold shrimp and succulent chunks of beef brisket boiled with aromatic vegetables served with horseradish sauce topped off with warm bread.
Our menu selections also include the daily offering of nearby market vendors in an effort to use only the freshest ingredients.
On a sweeter note, the bread pudding and pecan pie harken one back to grandmother's kitchen, along with the aroma of rich dark-roast coffee.
All meals are served in the traditional Creole manner, from appetizer through dessert, with a choice of entrees.
For Creole chefs, only the day's freshest produce is put on the table. All meals are served with hot French bread. Fine wines, cocktails, and beers are available including our own micro-brewed Tujague's Beer.
We offer Filet Mignon, 2 Fresh seafood, and a fourth non-seafood entree daily.
